1. Where We Ship & Rates

We aim to keep shipping simple and transparent. At this time, we primarily ship orders to standard residential or business addresses within the United States.

The Cost: To avoid surprises, we use a single flat-rate fee of $6.99 per order. This covers shipping and standard handling (picking, verifying items, and secure packaging).

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Processing (1-3 Business Days):
This is the time we need to prepare and pack your order after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery (3-7 Business Days):
This is how long the carrier takes to get the package to you after it leaves our facility.

Factors that affect timing

• Carrier delays (weather, volume).
• Payment authorization time.
• Seasonal peaks (Holiday rushes).
• Note: Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

Despite our best efforts to package your goods securely, logistics issues can happen.
Here is how we handle common problems.

• Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather. However, we will
assist with reasonable tracking follow-up where possible.

Carrier Issues

• Lost Packages

If marked “delivered” but missing: Check with neighbors/building management first.
Contact the carrier. If unresolved, contact us for review.

Tracking Help

• Damaged Items

Arrived broken? Take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately.
Contact us within a reasonable timeframe for a potential replacement/refund.

4. Addresses & Cancellations

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incomplete address, you may be responsible for
additional shipping fees to re-send it. We are not responsible for non-delivery
due to customer error.

Tracking: We provide a tracking number via email once your order
dispatches so you can follow its journey.

Changes to orders

• Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change info.
• If processing has started, we may not be able to change it.
• Special shipping instructions are not guaranteed.
